What this site keeps

This is a short, plain note rather than a long one. Hamish Anderson Custom Homes Inc. runs this website. Two things on it collect information, and both are described below.

The contact form

When you fill in the form on the contact page we keep your name, email address, phone number if you gave one, what you told us about your project, and the page you were on. We use it to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation that follows. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing to it.

The assistant

The Ask panel is an automated assistant, not a person. Conversations are recorded and read by the office, so that we understand what people want to know and so that a genuine enquiry is not missed. Please do not type anything into it you would not put in an email. It is not a place for financial details, and it cannot commit us to anything.

Who else sees it

The site runs on Cloudflare, and the assistant sends your question to Anthropic to generate its reply. Neither is given anything beyond what is described above. Nobody else receives it.

Having it removed

Write to office@hamishanderson.com or call (425) 576-1923 and we will delete what we hold about you. You do not need to give a reason.
